Compensation:
$20.00-$25.00/ Hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Speak with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments for service technician (Southern California map and directional knowledge is required)
- Add, cancel or make changes to appointments in the organization's schedule
- Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and customers
- Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure the company's best operations standards
- Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by administrative staff
- Performs simple accounts receivable and update payments on rental customers’ files.
- Must live within 20 miles of Van Nuys, CA 91504.
- Able to work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Or flexible hours.

Qualifications:

- Prior office experience is a plus, but not required
- General experience working with data
- Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
- Excellent communication skills in customer service and experience working as a company team member
- Ability to fulfill the company's standards and values when performing scheduling tasks
- Display kindness and be open to providing scheduling accommodations to customers, clients or staff
- Have an eye for detail and organization
- Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly
- Ability to work with accounts receivable and update rental customers’ account and follow up on late payments.

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
