**Closets by Design **is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the role of CNC Operator and Programmer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review cut list that identifies all parts and machining requirements for the design.
- Complete the programming for CNC.
- Operate CNC when not programming.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Quality -Ensure that all items required by the cut-list and expected by the customer have been programmed efficiently.
- Productivity - CNC programmer is expected to follow proven methods for completing his/her daily output.
- Responsiveness - The CNC programmer and operator is expected to have a positive and proactive attitude towards meeting and surpassing the customers’ expectations. This positions primary customers are: Manufacturing, Installation, and the Customer.

**Minimum Preferred Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Above average comfort with math and computers.
- Drafting or design experience helpful.
- Manufacturing or installation experience helpful.
- Previous experience with Wood Wop program is ideal
