**Canon Business Process Services, Inc. **has an opening for a **Full-Time Float Pool Manager **who will be an essential part of our Boston support team. This role will manage our team of field service representatives.

This position will require you to travel within a specific geographic region and support various client locations.
- Manages all mailroom services contracted by client
- Ensures accuracy of incoming/outgoing mail for highly sensitive and confidential documents
- Evaluates and resolves high priority and complex problems through communication
- Manages budget, resource allocation, and forecasting tools to ensure best use of resources
- Manages status reports, productivity reports to ensure optimal performance is met by staff
- Functions as a liaison between the client & CBPS
- Prioritize and schedules all work including overflow work to backup facility
- Performs other administrative duties from inserting, copying and photocopying to faxing as needed.
- Set up and maintain client’s kitchen areas and conference rooms, order food and make coffee.
- Provide reception work such as answering telephones, taking messages and greeting visitors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance is a must.
- Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines

Experience Necessary:

- 2 years of. supervisory experience in a Mailroom, Copy, or Reprographic environment
- Associates Degree preferred or comparable work experience
- Experience managing a site revenue of $50,000 with 1-4 non-exempt employees
- Occasionally lifting and/or moving of up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

- Physical activity required including bending, reaching, lifting and prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
- May lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
- Must have the ability to travel locally up to 50-60% of the time
