**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
Provides education and assistance for hospitalized patients with diabetes. Will provide education to patients with diabetes to assist them in developing the skills needed to manage the disease once discharged from the hospital.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Two (2) years nursing experience
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
