  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient access or registration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
