This position will entail shifts as Duty Manager of the attraction overseeing the daily operation of all departments.

Qualifications & Experience:
**Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities**:

- Manage operation of counter service café or bar which includes food preparation of hot options such as burgers and pizza, Starbucks® coffee service, plus other snacks, ice cream and cold beverages.
- Complete all stock control and inventory processes.
- Plan, organize and maintain standards within your F&B unit or area.
- Complete weekly standards audits.
- Ensure all cleaning and hygiene, food handling and safety standards are met or exceeded and maintain accurate record keeping including temperature check logs.
- Ensure spend per head targets are met or exceeded.
- Ensure all local food licenses are always maintained.
- Initiate and organize all host training and evaluation and maintain adequate records.
- Ensure that team members are empowered to deliver outstanding customer service including guest recovery as needed.
- Develop and manage Host schedules.
- Forecast the staffing needs of the business during trading periods.
- Develop team members through team building, praise, coaching, training, and discipline, according to company and department standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Retail Manager Responsibilities**:

- Support the Retail Manager with Merchandising and Inventory Control programs for the attraction.
- Ensure that the highest possible standards of service, cleanliness, technical operation, and safety are adhered to by the Retail Team.
- Supports Retail Manager with the ordering and merchandising of retail areas, which may involve evening and night shifts.
- Supports recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for Retail Team.
- Monitors the visual appeal and effectiveness of all assigned areas, regularly making improvement recommendations to GM.
- Completes required tasks in Futura Inventory Management system on time to support inventory accuracy and AP compliance.
- Follows all Standard Operating Procedures for stock take, and inventory replenishment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school or GED required. College degree preferred.
- At least one (1) year of supervisory experience in a retail environment and two (2) years of experience within Food & Beverage.
- Guest first mindset with strong people management, verbal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment and multi-task as necessary.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale automated systems and inventory/sales auditing is required.

**Licenses and Certifications**

Have a valid food safety certificate(s) or obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
