Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, client support, etc.
- Assist in preparing reports, estimates/invoices, presentations, and correspondence.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Perform general office administrative duties
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles with proficiency in office management tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in proofreading and attention to detail
- Familiarity with calendar management software for scheduling purposes.
- Experience with data/invoice entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation.
- Ability to act as a personal assistant to executives when required.
- Experience with IT/program troubleshooting a plus
