**Job Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Handle intake calls from potential clients
2. Perform accurate data entry into AlayaCare system
3. Collaborate with Case Managers to initiate services for accepted clients
4. Monitor new clients without billing for the first two weeks
5. Conduct outreach for clients who miss appointments
6. Coordinate with Case Managers regarding clients with missed sessions
7. Prepare and send outreach letters as needed
8. Follow up on and process client discharges

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in customer service or similar role
- Bachelor's preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and database management
- Experience with healthcare management systems (AlayaCare experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to client management

Pay: $ 40-45K per year
