Homesite is looking for you Join our dynamic team as an Underwriting Analyst. Presently, our team is responsible for the execution of the Underwriting Analytics Review process. You will report directly to the Manager of Insurance Operations.

You would be accountable for identification and analysis of performance gaps, developing and implementing solutions and evaluating the results for areas of responsibility. You will work with internal business partners to deliver underwriting data and analysis that support the overall underwriting strategy.

Position Compensation Range:
$60,000.00 - $99,000.00

**Primary Accountabilities**
- Participate in improvement efforts and collaboration between business partners.
- Collaborate with partners in development and delivery of main reports and analysis.
- Research individual policies to support and resolve problems identified through data analysis.
- Provide data and data-driven narrative to business partners.
- Recommend and monitoring processes for improvement
- Develop reports and narrative for utilization during strategic business unit meetings.
- Collaborates with agency business partners to provide solutions.

**Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Basic knowledge of data environments and data environment use.
- Basic knowledge of data and reporting tools.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of lean methodologies and A3 problem solving.
- Solid knowledge of agency process and behavioral inputs to underwriting performance.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Solid knowledge and understanding of underwriting operations.
