**Job Summary**

The Creative Content Manager will also stay updated on industry trends of the various brands’ verticals and emerging content creation technologies to ensure that the multimedia content provided to ThumbStopper’s brands remains innovative and relevant. They will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement through visually appealing and impactful multimedia materials at the retail level for ThumbStopper’s brand customers.

**Job Duties / Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement creative strategies to meet business goals
- Graphic Design
- Create engaging content for different social media channels
- Social Graphics, Memes, Short Form Video
- Maintain content management systems and ensure timely updates
- Copywriting
- Develop copywritten content to support creative visuals.
- Brand Program Management
- Manage social content creation and distribution using ThumbStopper’s software to syndicate content to ThumbStopper’s brands retail networks.
- Collaborate wit cross-functional teams to ensure Brand consistency for our Brand customers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on our Brand customers.
- Utilize marketing automation tools effectively.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required, including marketing support, administrative assistance, general account maintenance, and support ticket management.

**Daily Requirements**
- Contribute a minimum of 40 working hours per week, excluding lunch/breaks.
- Standard hours 8:00am-5:00pm; 1-hour lunch.
- Participate in scheduled meeting(s) to discuss department priorities.

**Required Skills/Abilities**
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud. (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.)
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with video editing software
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficient in Chat GPT, DALE-E and other AI tools.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organized w/ attention to details.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to establish priorities and manage time to meet deadlines with little supervision.

**Education / Experience**
- Social media management and content creation experience
- **Adobe Creative cloud (3+ years)**
- **General Digital / Social Media Marketing (2+ years)**
- Social Media Agency or Brand Marketing experience a plus
- Auto Industry Marketing experience a plus
- **3+ Years of experience in Multimedia Design or similar role**
- Auto Industry Marketing experience preferred
- Agency or Brand Marketing experience preferred

**Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 175 pounds with one arm while walking barefoot over hot coals.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
