**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and lead a team of landscapers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Plan and organize work schedules, assignments, and resources to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of landscaping equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilized.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all team members.
- Manage inventory levels of materials, supplies, and equipment to support project needs and minimize waste.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports, including project status updates, budget expenditures, and personnel records.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve operations and deliver innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (5 years) working in a landscaping supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment, with a strong understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, hardscaping, and landscape design principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
