**Position Summary**:
The Patient Engagement and Program Coordinator manages and promotes the Foundation’s patient service programs, and serves as one of the primary liaisons between the Foundation, patients, and the medical community.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Demonstrate exceptional empathy and understanding towards individuals navigating the challenges of cancer diagnosis and treatment.
- Coordinate all patient and hospital communication for BMCF Patient Programs.
- Manages patient database associated with patient engagement and programs.
- Promotes the Foundation’s patient programs to patients and medical professionals.
- Develop relationships with the cancer hospitals medical teams and patients/families we serve.
- Support CancerBuddy peer support app partnership team with patient and hospital engagement as needed.
- Process requests for patient program materials and manages distribution.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative social work or related field
- Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to represent the organization and patient service programs at external meetings
- Team player with a “can do” attitude who is comfortable working in a small office environment

**Preferred Qualifications**
- M.S.W degree preferred
- Experience in oncology social work
- Experience handling sensitive health information.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
