- Employee will be responsible for holding staff accountable for productivity, efficient workflow, measuring indicators, and analyzing processes to improve practice performance.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations and offboarding process of staff to build and maintain a high-performing team.
- Employee will be responsible for managing and monitoring inventory, ordering and control of all medication supplies, adn equipment for the office.
- Employee will be responsible for compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Labor laws, and confidentiality policies when working with staff and patients.
- Employee is expected to attend internal and external meetings and conferences on a regular basis
- Employee will be expected to evaluate and analyze data to monitor growth and productivity
- Employee will be expected to provide recommendations and develop new policies, and procedures to improve services and productivity
- Employee will be responsible for overseeing the clinic flow and maintain an efficient and qualitative patient visit with the best experience possible for the patients.
- Employee will be responsible to report any issues to their direct Supervisor. If Supervisor is unavailable they will need to report directly to Human Resources.
- Other task pertaining to the position and need of the office.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and negotiation

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
