**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable using Ramp, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor relationship management.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoices, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Collaborate with finance team members to integrate and optimize Ramp features within our existing workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date records and prepare financial reports related to accounts payable.
- Handle accounts payable for multiple entities within the organization, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the board.

**Required**:

- Proven experience in accounts payable and vendor management, **specifically using Ramp**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solutions oriented, problem solver.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Experience managing accounts payable for multiple entities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
