Influencer Manager - Commission-Based Role

Are you passionate about the dynamic world of influencer marketing? Do you excel at building relationships, negotiating deals, and connecting brands with influencers? We're seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as an Influencer Manager.

**Role Overview**:
As an Influencer Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a portfolio of reputable influencers across various niches. Your primary goal will be to connect these influencers with brands for collaboration opportunities, securing work for them while fostering long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scouting and Recruitment**: Utilize research tools, social media platforms, and industry networks to identify potential influencers aligned with our company and client needs.
- **Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, providing support, guidance, and assistance as needed. Foster strong, positive relationships to ensure mutual success.
- **Brand Partnerships**: Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with relevant brands and agencies on behalf of influencers. Negotiate terms, secure contracts, and facilitate smooth communication between parties.
- **Project Management**: Coordinate campaign details, timelines, and deliverables between influencers and brands. Ensure that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the collaboration process.
- **Inbound Work Management**: Handle incoming inquiries from brands and agencies regarding collaboration opportunities with our influencers. Respond promptly, assess suitability, and negotiate terms on behalf of our talent.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
