Content Marketing Manager

Our Content Marketing Manager - Influencer & Partnership plays a pivotal role in amplifying our brand's visibility and engagement by strategically partnering with top-tier influencers and celebrities. This role is crucial for increasing our online Share of Voice, significantly enhancing our brand image and perception through impactful collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Influencer & Partnership: Act as the primary contact for developing and sustaining relationships with mega influencers and celebrities closely aligned with our brand's ethos. Utilize various methods online and offline to create a resource database for branding campaign collaboration onboarding.
- Project Management: Take the lead in high-level collaboration planning and manage the complete lifecycle of partnerships to ensure optimal outcomes and a positive experience for partners and influencers.
- Branding Campaign: Support branding campaigns from planning and ideation to execution by offering insights on content, culture, and customers, optimizing copywriting and content briefs, and assisting with creative production where needed.
- Team Collaboration: Working cross-marketing to supply potential collaborators for other marketing projects, and creating full funnel activations.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience with a focus on collaborating with Instagram (IG), TikTok (TT), and YouTube (YT) mega influencers and celebrities.
- An in-depth understanding of the US influencer market, with a demonstrated track record of fostering brand awareness and engagement through partnerships with high-profile influencers and celebrities.
- A self-driven, detail-oriented individual who excels at multitasking, works autonomously, adhering to instructions, and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, supported by a strong data and results-driven mindset.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, adept at interacting with high-profile personalities and ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A well-established network with sports and entertainment agencies;
- Experienced in planning and executing branding campaigns for 0-1 customer brands, focusing on leveraging mega influencers and celebrities.
- Hands-on experience in creating short-form videos and managing branding creative productions.
