We are seeking a Property Manager Supervisor who will play an important role in the operations and growth of our real estate investment and property management company. This position is responsible for overseeing property management operations, increasing our operational efficiency and performance, and maintaining and building strong relationships with our team members, vendors, and residents. The Property Manager Supervisor will report directly to the Vice President and will work closely with our property managers and senior management.

**Who We Are**

We are a family-owned business that owns and self-manages a small portfolio of multi-family rental properties in LA County, Santa Ana, and North Vancouver. As owners/managers, we have a hands-on approach to our business with the goal of operating as a best-in-class real estate investment and property management company.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, real estate, or finance preferred
- 2-3 years minimum of experience in property management and operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in property management software and task management software.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing property management.
- Ability to periodically visit our properties in LA and Orange County.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Oversee Property Management Operations:

- Assume leadership responsibility for our team of property managers, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and drive.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, which include marketing, leasing, tenant move in/outs, inspections, maintenance/repairs, turnovers, tenant communication, and reporting.

2. Increase Operational Efficiency and Performance:

- Work closely with the Vice President to develop and implement a business operating system to streamline workflow, increase tenant satisfaction, and optimize cost management.
- Create, lead, and refine training programs to elevate the skills and knowledge base of our property management team.
- Develop processes for the standardization of materials, supplies, and maintenance procedures across our properties.

3. Maintain and Build Relationships/Communication:

- Act as a liaison between property managers, third-party vendors, and senior management.
- Implement robust task management and communication strategies, enhancing productivity and efficiency among team members.
- Identify and establish relationships with reputable vendors and contractors capable of consistently delivering exceptional work at competitive rates.
- Create regular, comprehensive reports and updates on operational performance to senior management.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
