**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol property, seawall, and clubhouse store elevator pads after 6 pm
- Post notices/flyers at mailrooms/elevators and hand-deliver
- Replace building walkway lights and complete light checks for entire buildings on a rotating schedule
- Secure pool umbrellas and arrange deck furniture
- Check gas grills not in use
- Complete work orders for maintenance and incident reports when necessary
- Receive packages after hours
- Distribute Monthly Quarterdecks and cone off back gate
- Secure Clubhouse

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- High School Degree or equivalent

**Physical Requirements**:

- Standing 25%, walking 25%, sitting 50%.
- Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
