**Finjan Coffee Co** is looking for friendly and talented individuals with strong hospitality standards and Barista experience to join it's leadership team as an Assistant Manager.
**Our Assistant Managers receive compensation from $25 - 26/hour (includes base pay of $21 + tips ranging from $4-5/HR).**
Assistant Managers are part of our Leadership team and work alongside the General Manager.
**Our Assistant Managers s must have the following qualifications**:
- One to two years’ full service, high volume, coffee shop experience
- Management Experience
- Strong coach - gives effective feedback, grows the team every day
- Organized
- Ready to master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else
- Cares about people - builds relationships with guests
- Humble - eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
- Familiar with POS systems
- Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory
- Food Handler's Card and/or Serve Safe Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to motivate and direct team members and work effectively in management team
- Keen attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving
- Ability to stand and walk around a restaurant to supervise operations for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift 50-80 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and raise arms above head on occasion
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams
- Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and overall control of financials
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
