**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of a growing Landscape & Outdoor Supply Company
- Ability to Operate Equipment to load and deliver supplies to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Train and supervise staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory control and ordering for the full product line.
- Develop Marketing Strategies and work with Manufacturers Reps. For continued growth in the company
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Handle customer problems and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
**Skills**:
- Strong background in Landacaping and Outdoor Living Field.
- Proven experience in supervising and leading teams
- Knowledge of Retail Management, Basic Accounting, and Basic Computer Skills.
- Familiarity with Equipment, Landscape Services, and Outdoor Living.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, billing, and reporting
