In this position, you will recommend and assist with training and organization of compliance information as it relates to Esri fully complying with global laws and regulations. **Responsibilities**
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure continuous compliance with evolving standards
- Provide guidance and training to team members on compliance-related matters
- Identify compliance gaps and implement effective processes to mitigate risk
- Conduct regular monitoring to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Respond to compliance-related questions from team members and stakeholders throughout the company
- Use strong follow-up skills to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve outstanding inquiries
- Familiarize yourself with and maintain knowledge of compliance requirements, Affirmative Action Planning, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Utilize resources appropriately to maintain research and/or improve processes
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that support safety and compliance efforts
- Conduct regular compliance audits to assess adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies in a global environment
- Conduct initial reviews of various documentation to ensure the capture of all appropriate procedures related to reimbursement and compliance standards
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to management for timely resolution
- Ensure sensitive data is secure and managed appropriately within the department and throughout the company

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of professional work experience in a similar position or supporting similar responsibilities
- Ability to meet deadlines under very tight time constraints and many other demands
- Ability to quickly grasp details of a wide variety of compliance-related issues
- Highly organized, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Bachelor's in human resources, business, or communications

**Recommended Qualifications**
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
