Real Estate Office Assistant

**Part-Time/Temporary Availability**

**10am - 2pm for approx. 3 days out of the week**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and brokers
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- File and organize documents, contracts, and other paperwork
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Contact tenants and landlords
- Post properties on mls, social media etc..

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is desirable
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
