Jenice's Events & Conference Center and Trinity Property Advisors is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in both banquet hall management and real estate development. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional event experiences and creating innovative real estate projects. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Banquet Hall/Real Estate Development Assistant.

As a Banquet Hall/Real Estate Development Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the operations of our banquet hall and the development of our real estate projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

**Banquet Hall Responsibilities:**
- Assisting with event planning and coordination, including client communication, scheduling, and logistics management.
- Supporting event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed according to client specifications.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to promote the banquet hall and attract new clients.

**Real Estate Development Responsibilities:**
- Assisting with research and analysis for potential real estate development projects, including market trends, demographics, and competitor analysis.
- Supporting the development team with administrative tasks such as document preparation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project files.
- Assisting in the coordination of project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and identify any issues or concerns.
- Assisting with the preparation of project budgets, timelines, and presentations for stakeholders and investors.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for real estate projects.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or real estate is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Honeybook CRM and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
