**Job Overview**: We are seeking a driven & **energetic** eCommerce Operations lead to join our team full-time. This role demands a sharp focus on operational efficiency, excellence in vendor management, and the ability to ensure timely product launches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory and Vendor Management**: Maintain optimal stock levels and work closely with vendors to ensure products are delivered efficiently and meet quality standards.
**- A-Player Recruitment**: Hire and develop top-tier talent for the operations team to maintain high performance and alignment with our goals.
**- Order Fulfillment**: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
**- Customer Service**: Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and promptness.
**- Process Improvement**: Proactively identify and implement enhancements in our operational workflows.
**- Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets and operational costs, aiming for financial efficiency and meeting targets.
**- Team Leadership**: Inspire and lead the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
**- Strategic Execution**: Work with leadership on strategic initiatives to scale operations and support business expansion.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in operations management, ideally within the wellness industry managing liquids, serums, lotions, and oils.
- Experienced in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships.
- Proficient with inventory systems like Odoo and CRM tools such as Airtable.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of building and managing effective teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a go-getter attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
