The scope of this position will work hand in hand with executive team, to direct and manage the daily operations of a busy and very successful professional services firm.

Wide variety of responsibilities include
- Hire, train and mentor staff; supervise approximately 10 team members.
- Enforce company policies, manage team workflow, conduct staff meetings, complete performance reviews, and work hand in hand with executive leaders and human resources.
- Technical liaison for issues including hardware, software, phone system, etc.
- Plan, execute and lead marketing initiatives including seminars, events, and marketing pieces.
- Execute financial management including A/P, A/R, reconciliation of payroll and deposits.
- Establish and maintain vendor relations and contracts.
- Facilities management including space planning, office moves, and working with building management when needed.

Requirements include
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in a supervisory / office management role within a professional services environment.
- Possess superior communication skills, solid decision-making abilities, sound judgment and have a proactive work style.
- Ability to establish and maintain superior relationships with executives, staff members, outside vendors, etc.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, document management systems and Adobe Acrobat.
