Our fleet-as-a-service model—a scalable infrastructure of well-maintained vehicles, driver resources, data and metrics—can be deployed to empower the Uber platform and other noted rideshare services to deliver world-class service anywhere.
The DMV & Title Clerk ensures the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding vehicle titles, and interacting with customers and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Process vehicle titles with precision and accuracy.
- Resolve any title issues that come up.
- Research vehicle titles and resolves issues in a timely manner.
- Meet company timelines in the processing titles.
- Understand and follow corresponding state title processing guidelines.
- Consistently respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner within company timelines.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work onsite, this is not a remote role.
- Must be able to work with or without reasonable accommodations
**Qualifications Needed**:
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Excellent communication skills and works well in a team environment.
- Comfortable with computers and software.
- Fluent in English. Spanish is a PLUS.
