**Key Responsibilities**:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of active Right of Way experience (appraising, negotiations, relocations, or legal) in Virginia.
- Extensive experience in providing right of way services for VDOT desired.
- Mentor, manage, and develop a professional Right of Way staff.
