Facility Management Corporation, known as “FMC Ice Sports” was formed in 1992 to deliver high quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in both hockey and skating. We have established a record of quality operations and have grown to be the largest operator of public arenas in the United States. FMC operates 25 public ice skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts in partnership agreements with the Commonwealth and various municipalities as well as educational institutions.

The **Concession Supervisor **is responsible for running the on-site operation of the concession stand including the cashiers, cooking and prep areas for the Beachside Cafe location on Constitution Beach in East Boston. The Concession Supervisor will oversee stand's cleanliness/neatness, product quality, customer service, stand safety, food safety, alcohol service (where applicable), inventory and work with the Food and Beverage manager to continuously improve efficiency and quality of service. Must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event-based scheduled.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- HS diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service is preferred.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Food and Beverage Manager and other stakeholders in preparation for event needs.
- Performs/oversees opening and closing procedure for each shift. Trains staff on such procedures.
- Ensure Concessions team members follow proper policy and procedure in accordance with food safety and FMC standards.
- Verifies monthly inventory for accuracy and reporting to Food and Beverage Manager.
- Responsible for overseeing Concession Cashiers, Food Handlers, inclusive of hiring, scheduling and approving payroll.
- Responsible for communicating performance concerns according to company policy and practice to the Food and Beverage Manager.
- Willing to cover any open position to assure location is fully operational and company standards pertaining to the speed of service and guest satisfaction are met.
- Oversee cleanliness, product quality, customer service, food safety, and alcohol services are being met by FMC company standards.
- Assist in other areas in the Concession department as directed.
- Other duties as assigned to support the Concession operation as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager.

**Full-time Seasonal (May - September).**

**Compensation**: Starting at $18/hour, dependent upon experience and skill level
