The Opportunity 

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Concessions Supervisors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities 

Train team members and assign duties, evaluate and document job performance Ensure all food and beverage is prepared properly and meets quality standards Maintain level of inventory throughout shift and order replacement stock as necessary Enforce company cash handling procedures and investigate any money and inventory discrepancies  Resolve any guest or team member issues that arise 

Qualifications 

Experience working in a food service required Must be able to implement rules and direct employees A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment At least 18 years or older Previous experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker preferred Previous supervisory experience preferred  Ability to effectively communicate with team members and prepare written stand reports after each event No college degree required

Physical Requirements 

Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
