- Define, implement, and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organization
- Develop and execute new growth directives
- Work with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel, and oversee employee training programs
- Liaise with department heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance
- Mentor and coach middle management, as well as related departments
- Keep track of the company’s revenue margins and conduct budget reviews to maximize profits

**Education, Skills & Experience**:

- 5-10 years of experience working in an operations role, with a minimum 5 years in management and leadership capacity
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis software packages
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) packages
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting
- Demonstrated experience in operations management or direction
- Knowledge of, and experience implementing and upholding, quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Experience conducting performance evaluations and analyzing performance metrics
- Demonstrated experience with creating budgets
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
