**Responsibilities**
- Respond to **Service Desk Tier 1 **on-demand requests
- Install and troubleshoot workstations, thin clients, and printers at customer locations
- Manage and maintain assets
- Ensure adequate inventory of workstations, laptops, cabling, and other equipment
- Support annual inventory, to include data entry, item transfer, disposal, and barcode scanning

**Qualifications**
- **Active Top Secret Clearance**:

- **100% onsite** support in downtown Washington, DC
- 2 years of experience in an A**sset Management **role
- Basic understanding of **Active Directory, OUs, and workstations**:

- Experience responding to on-demand requests for **Tier 1 support**:

- Installing/configuring local & network printers, workstations, thin clients, and laptops
- Knowledge of **SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and ServiceNow**:

- Knowledge of **Change Management **processes and controls

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
