The Associate Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and managing all through the lifecycle of the product. This is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations departments to ensure that the financial, representatives and consumer satisfaction goals are met, as well as the company’s overall strategy and goals are supported by those of the product. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external users, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch. This role leverages functional expertise and knowledge of the business and operations.


**Product Planning**
- Develops and implements product strategies based on business value and consistent with company vision
- Drives value into the product that supports the experience of the end user
- Acts as liaisons between departments to decide on proper strategies and plans while acting as points of contact
- Partners with teams to bring the product vision to life with prototypes and mocks
- Ensures that various stages of product development are completed on time by leading, organizing and requesting constant updates product managers, product owners and from cross-functional teams
- Forecasts short-term and long-term deliverables cross functionally using waterfall and agile best practices
- Decomposes complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog/roadmap for the Scrum Teams
- Develops presentations that articulate findings and recommendations as well as facilitate executive decision making and alignment for internal and external stakeholders

**Metrics and Reporting**
- Responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of data that will be used to help evolve product
- Ensures that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development
- Translates qualitative and quantitative data into meaningful ideas and approaches to influence the user experience
- Assists with leading efforts to measure journey level KPIs, evaluate, and document initiatives to create repeatable, scalable best practices

**User Feedback and Testing**
- Uses front line representative, back office, customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to make decisions about product strategy and shape requirements.
- Drive and engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
This job does not have supervisory duties.

**Education and Experience**:

- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- 5 or more years of experience (preferred)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations**:

- No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

Compensation offered for this role is $84,500.00-$149,750.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
