Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Directly interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Schedule and coordinate all aspects of water damage mitigation jobs.
- Oversee the reconstruction process, including timeline management and coordination of various teams.
- Order and manage the delivery of materials required for projects.
- Work closely with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the restoration process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in construction, restoration, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- A solution-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work onsite as this is not a remote position.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
