**About the Role**:
We’re looking for someone to join our team as the Store Manager for the location on Guadalupe in Austin, Texas. We strive to hire strong motivational leaders that balance delivering an exceptional customer experience with building our in-store culture of individual and team development while achieving operational excellence.
The Store Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing an exceptional customer experience for all of our retail customers
- Effectively communicating customer feedback to their team and the corporate support center
- Developing and executing policies and procedures for key activities in the store
- Serving as an ambassador for the brand in the store and around Austin
- Developing a strong succession plan for creating future retail leaders for future stores
- Supports the hiring and training of future store managers and their teams
- Managing the Austin store including:
- Implementation of sales strategies and traffic driving initiatives
- Product merchandising according to company guidelines
- Development and execution of visual updates in conjunction with the Marketing department
- Hiring, training, coaching, leading, and developing a team of sales associates
- Scheduling and time reporting
- Inventory management
- Managing the controllable aspects of the store P&L

**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of retail management experience in fashion and/or accessories
- College degree preferred, high school diploma required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
- Possesses an internal drive to deliver the best experience possible for all customers
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of retail systems and processes
- Exhibits a passion for, and history of, developing others and building strong teams
- Possesses merchandising and managerial skills that are focused on meeting financial and strategic objectives
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills to manage scheduling, inventory management, and other operational responsibilities
- Demonstrates strong communication skills with peers, subordinates, and corporate leaders in order to clearly identify risks and opportunities for our brand and our customers
