Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Store Operations: Assist the store manager in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing donations, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Merchandising: Assist in the visual merchandising of the store, including creating attractive displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for eight hours.
  • Ability to bend and twist.
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Moderate noise level.
  • Ability to work in a confined area.
