**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise architectural projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives, project scope, and budgetary constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success and team development.
- Oversee all project phases, including conceptual design, development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; licensure as a Registered Architect preferred.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
