Role Responsibilities
  • Provide IT consulting services across various departments and assist management with technology-related inquiries.
  • Deliver end-to-end support through our help desk ticketing system.
  • Engage in front-end development tasks utilizing HTML/CSS for various projects.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff and clients on hardware and software applications to enhance IT support.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, document complaints, and monitor the performance of IT systems.
  • Utilize software tools to upgrade IT systems and ensure their security.
  • Document procedures and perform IT-related tests to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in technology.
Basic Qualifications
  • A degree, relevant experience, or certification in IT or Computer Science is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Python (or similar languages), Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure.
  • Experience in managing diverse IT systems and programs, with an emphasis on adaptability and understanding of new technologies.
  • A clean background check is required.
