Job Summary:
We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Marketing and Job Duties:

- Market face-to-face to costumers in fundraising events
- Working alongside vibrant team members to plan and execute marketing campaigns for non-profit organizations
- Conceive ideas, information, research, relationship building to enhance marketing strategies through trial and error
- Creatively implementing marketing plans for different products, service, or charities to enhance ROI
- Set Marketing schedules, locations, and partnerships with colleagues, sponsors, liaisons, media representatives, and other professionals to extend reach through various channels
- Answer questions from clients about the company being represented and assisting in the support process
- Exemplifying premium customer service. We pride ourselves on being the top marketing team in the industry
- Track sales data and quota to meet team goals
- Develop yourself and others to create a team based atmosphere of success

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
