The Learning Program Manager is responsible for identifying the performance, skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and creating, selecting and/or suggesting learning experiences to fill this gap. These learning experiences will be created in a variety of formats, including but not limited to job aids, PPTs, classroom training modules, Facilitator and Participant Guides. Additionally, Learning Program Manager will have responsibility to oversee and facilitate team training and development programs and strategies for a specific line of business or channel, such as Shared Services (Customer Support, Customer Experience and Supply Chain), or Stores or Corporate. This person identifies the performance, skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and creating, selecting and/or suggesting learning and development experiences across the 70-20-10 model. The Learning Program Manager is also responsible for collating and consolidating existing materials and approaches, and recommending best practice approaches for our evolving organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Consult with internal stakeholders to define need for and objective of instructional content and determine appropriate delivery vehicle.
- Create realistic objectives for learning or performance for participants and instructors.
- Facilitate needs assessment for development and training approaches through communication, project meetings and ongoing partnership
- Recommend changes to existing courses and instructional methods, to enhance learning transfer.
- Recommend and develop engaging design concepts.
- Maintain governance and a library of photos and other design assets, consistent with the Bob’s brand.
- Adhere to deadline driven design projects and weekly program updates in MS Tools
- Facilitate weekly Customer Support training prioritization call and make recommendations
- Adapt coursework to assist learners with disabilities so that they are able to experience the same learning opportunities as others.
- Track and communicate results regularly
