**Duties**:

- Supervise and manage multiple store locations within the designated area
- Train and develop store employees on sales techniques, customer service, and company policies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock replenishment
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Conduct regular store visits to assess cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards
- Collaborate with other Area Supervisors and upper management to implement company initiatives

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of cash register operations, sales management, and inventory control
- Excellent math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and upper management
- Experience in training development is preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems
