**About the Role**:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. Ensure that important documents are properly filed, easily accessible, and securely stored.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them as required.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Order and restock supplies as needed to ensure that the office is well-equipped.
- **Data Entry**: Input and update data in company databases and systems. Ensure that information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily retrievable.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Facility Management**: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Coordinate with building management and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners).
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and visitors.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the office.
