**Responsibilities**:
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
**What You’ll Do**:
- Turn Leads into Gold: Convert leads from our extensive database into qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Be the Voice of Massa & Associates: Engage with potential clients through daily phone calls, building and maintaining relationships.
- Team Up for Success: Work closely with the sales team to set up meetings and drive the sales process forward.
- Grow and Improve: Report your daily activities and results, continuously improve through feedback and coaching, and embrace new ideas and strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license

- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with San Diego County neighborhoods is a plus.
