**Description**
- Full time position (36-38 hours/week)
- Monday - Thursday
- Aproximate schedule:
Monday/Tuesday from 8-6, Wednesday/Thursday from 7-5
**Responsibilities**
- Provide patients with a 5-Star Experience through excellent service
- Establish good rapport with people to help them feel comfortable and build trust
- Work as a team player and be willing to help others
- Answering phones in a kind pleasing manner
- Scheduling appointments, collecting patient co-pays, verifying insurance,
- Working on patient accounts, patient billing, Dental Insurance Filing
- Understanding EOBs and posting payments/adjustments to ledger
- Greeting and making patients feel welcome and comfortable
- Assist in entering treatment plans and maintaining accurate patient records in the computer chart
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-year chairside dental assisting experience
- Radiology Certification
- Dentrix experience is helpful but not required
- Be positive, willing, and teachable :)
**Skills**
- 1+ years experience in dental front office
- Dental insurance knowledge/billing preferred
- Dentrix experience is helpful/preferred
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
