**Location**: South and South West Austin

**Camp Dates**: Various weeks between May 28 - August 23, 2024

**Hours**: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Snapology Austin is seeking enthusiastic and experienced teachers to guide elementary-aged children through our LEGO® inspired robotics curriculum during our summer camps. As a Snapology Austin Summer Camp Instructor, you will foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while educating students on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead in the instruction of children ages 4.5-12 in LEGO® inspired robotics curriculum.
- Promote a collaborative and supportive classroom environment.
- Maintain open communication with Snapology leadership, parents, and children with kindness and professionalism.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers.
- Manage classroom dynamics and behavior effectively.
- Utilize provided curriculum materials to engage students in STEM learning.
- Collaborate with co-instructors to deliver high-quality programming.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching elementary-aged children.
- Strong background in classroom management and basic technology skills.
- Degree in education or a STEM field and/or teaching certificate preferred.
- Clear background checks and fingerprinting required.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to commit to 3-4 full weeks of camp, Monday - Friday, for summer 2024
