Bachelor's degree required unless to have experience in this field.

**Responsibilities**:
**Operational Leadership**:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the entire team.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry-leading standards.

**Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team encompassing service managers, trainers, quality control inspectors, office manager, a sales team, and pest control technicians.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

**Customer Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all pest control services meet or exceed regulatory and company standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the pest control department budget.
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service excellence.

**Compliance**:

- Stay current with industry regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of pest control methods, products, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Pest Management experiance required
- Relevant certifications in pest control (e.g., state licensing).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
