Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain service procedures and address any concerns.

**Regulatory Compliance**:
Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations related to pest control.

Ensure that all pest control activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

**Inventory Management**:
Manage inventory of pest control products and equipment.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

**Budget Management**:
Assist in the development of annual budgets for pest control services.

Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control services.

State-certified pest control applicator's license.

Proven leadership experience in managing a team of pest control technicians.

Strong knowledge of pest control products, equipment, and treatment methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
