Key Responsibilities:

- Bill Payment Processing: Handle and process company payments efficiently.
- Inventory Ordering: Ensure timely ordering and restocking of inventory by using a a specialized inventory software and working directly with the general manager.
- Employee Reviews and Feedback: Monitor and manage employee reviews and feedback.
- Company Newsletter: Update and maintain the company newsletter.
- Service Tickets: Review service tickets for accuracy and completeness.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the fleet management, track non-compliance and scheduling service of company vehicles.
- Vehicle Inspections: Work with the service manager to conduct and document regular vehicle inspections for a clean, organized and safe vehicle.
- Uniform Management: Manage and distribute company uniforms as needed.
- Technician Hours Tracking: Track and verify technicians' working hours for accuracy.
- Direct Assistance: Provide direct support to the company president with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
