**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Product and Service Mastery**:Develop an in-depth understanding of Breakroom Solutions' offerings to effectively address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Lead Generation and Client Retention**:Generate fresh leads, enhance client retention rates, and close deals to drive business growth.
- **Continuous Learning**:Actively participate in company-sponsored training, workshops, and industry events to stay updated on industry trends and sharpen your skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **Sales Experience**: While experience in sales, B2B sales, or marketing is advantageous, we welcome individuals with a passion for sales and a drive for success.
- **Communication Skills**: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and resolve queries.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Exhibit exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to overcome challenges and deliver optimal solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**:Display strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and deliverables.
