Customer Service Coordinator

The Customer Service Coordinator needs to have the following qualifications:

- Exhibit professionalism, honesty, and integrity in all aspects of work
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Be able to multi‐task and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in this area is strongly recommended; but not required
- Have the temperament and personality to work well with a team
- Have exceptional critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
- Be able to coordinate after‐hour parts shipments as required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Exhibit cross‐cultural sensitivity
- Some off‐site training may be required
