We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our high-performing organization. The Executive Director will report to the Board of Trustees and be responsible for CCCS's overall operational success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the chief spokesperson and represent CCCS to various constituents
- Develop and maintain relationships with key agencies and partners such as the Division of Family Development, Division of Child Protection & Permanency, Head Start, school districts, and community networks
- Ensure the agency's mission, values, and ethical standards are consistently upheld
- Oversee financial management, including approve disbursements, monitor accounting activities, prepare annual budgets, and implement an annual audit
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability and growth
- Collaborate with the Board of Trustees to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that align with CCCS's mission and goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture
- Serve as a visionary leader and change agent, continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in social work, public administration, business, or a related field strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree required
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in social services, non-profit, or childcare organizations, with at least 5 years at the executive level in an organization of comparable size and scope to CCCS ($3.5M budget, 55+ employees)
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and funders
- Deep commitment to CCCS's mission and values, with a passion for advancing equity and opportunity for all children and families
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proven track record of empowering staff, fostering collaboration, and building high-performing teams
- Extensive knowledge of best practices in early childhood education, child development, and family support services
- Strong financial acumen, with experience developing and managing complex budgets and overseeing financial operations
- Expertise in non-profit governance, legal matters, and regulatory compliance
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Compensation Range $95,000 - $115,000.
